Spinach Cheddar Scones

Gingery, soft, and not too sweet. Minimum order of 12 for these. Can be either pre-baked or as frozen cookie balls. $12 value (ish) for a dozen. Won't respond to "anything of mine" for these; looking for my ISOs as it takes a bit of effort to bake!

Can be made gluten free upon request for $14/dozen.

Ginger Molasses Crackle Cookies

These melt-in-your-mouth pumpkin scones taste even better than Starbucks. Made with REAL pumpkin, not canned. I also use freshly grated nutmeg which gives it a truly delicious spicy flavour alongside the cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. 

Trading only for my ISOs; for my baked goods I don't respond to "anything of mine" since it's a lot of work to bake. Looking for a $20 value for 18 small scones (or 9 large ones, depending on how I cut them!). 

They freeze really well so you can save them for a rainy day (or eat them all at once!) For best results, warm them in a toaster oven for a minute prior to eating as the warmth really brings out the flavours. 

You'll never get Starbucks scones again!

Pumpkin Scones

Looking for a $45 (ish!) value for this cake, higher priority given for things on my ISO.  I use almond and coconut flour as well as stevia powder. It does have a bit of regular white sugar as I played with the recipe a lot but couldn't get the sugar down completely without it tasting odd with just the stevia, so the recipe cannot be modified.

I use extra dark cocoa powder which gives the cake the deliciously chocolately taste and look!  Please note that I won't respond to "anything of mine" messages for my baked goods, since they take a lot of time and effort to make.

Cake Ingredients:
coconut flour
almond flour  
cacao powder

melted virgin coconut oil

Chocolate Layer Cake - gluten free, grain-free, and low sugar!

These cookies are deliciously chocolatey and rich! Soft and moist, not too sweet, and accented by the contrast of the salted caramel chocolate chips (or sometimes I use butterscotch chips with sea salt sprinkled on top instead - both versions equally delicious!). These are also available as pre-made dough balls that you can store in your freezer and bake in small batches whenever you're having a cookie craving! Minimum order of 12, $1 value each.  All of my cookies (of any flavour) are the exact same size as I use a metal 1-inch cookie scoop to measure out the dough.  

Please note that I won't respond to "anything of mine" for any of my baked goods, as I'm looking to trade them specifically for things I need, since baking is a lot of work.  Thanks for understanding!

Double Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Cookies

Do you like fried donuts? Do you like cardamom? Do you like Iceland? These delicious, not-too-sweet donuts are intensely cardamom-flavoured. Can make in batches of 18. $20 value for 20, only looking to make these for high-ticket items on my ISO.  (Note:  I'm not Icelandic but I got this recipe from someone who is, and they taste pretty darned close to the actual ones I had in Iceland!) Icelandic Kleinur (cardamom donuts!)

These are entirely flour-free and vegan! Deliciously peanut-buttery, sweet, and soft! 12 cookies minimum order; approx value is $12 worth for the dozen; looking to trade only for things in my ISO. $1 value per cookie ball ***minimum order of 12***   I may occasionally OFFER a couple of cookies for a trade if I have recently made a large batch and have some to spare, but that is not the norm so please don't ask for anything less than 12 if you want to trade, thank you :)

Do you love chocolate chip cookies freshly baked out of the oven? Lightly crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside?  

You can keep a bag of these cookie-batter-balks in your freezer and then pop a batch in the oven whenever you like. Only feel like 2? You can just bake two! I've even done one in the toaster oven when craving a midnight snack... Nothing like the fresh warm aroma of a home-baked chocolate chip cookie. So much better than Pillsbury!  (You can also order these already baked, of course!)

Persian Love Cake
Looking for $40-ish value in trade, mainly for items on my ISO. Won't accept "anything of mine" for this. 

This fragrant cake is infused with saffron, cardamom, rosewater, and lemon, and then covered in rose petals and pistachios. Made with a blend of almond flour and wheat flour; can be made gluten-free upon request for an extra $5 value.

Persian Love Cake

Made with Real (not artificial) high quality French Vanilla. Soft, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth.

Contains wheat and dairy; egg-free. 

Made in batches of 9 scones (large) or 18 (small) for a trade value of approximately $15. Will only make for things on my ISO, won't respond to "anything of mine" for these since baking is hard work and takes time!

Homemade Fresh Baked Sourdough Bread
I can make you one of these loaves in exchange for anything off my ISOs that's about $5 worth.  At least 2 days' notice required and must pick up in the Beaches (physically distanced porch pick up). If trading for multiple items I can potentially drive to you.

For $7 worth I can add flax seeds and/or sunflower seeds.

This cake is HEAVEN.  I love making (and eating) it; however it takes a TON of work and has a million different kinds of coconut in it (coconut flakes, coconut cream, coconut extract, coconut milk, coconut water...) hence the high-ticket value. Four and Twenty Blackbirds?!

This intensely flavoured apple pie even has apple brandy in the crust!  It also is made with 7 different kinds of apples, and includes other ingredients like apple cider, apple jelly, and a delicious spice called Grains of Paradise, as well as cinnamon.  Will only make this for high-ticket items on my ISO.  

NOTE:  If you want the pie to have the ceramic pie bird in the middle, I will ask for a $12 *deposit* that I will *refund* once you return the pie bird to me :)  Otherwise I can make slits in the top of the apple pie in lieu of the pie bird, to allow it to steam and/or put little cookie cutter shaped holes in the pie crust for steam. Blueberry Pie

I've been told I make an amazing pumpkin pie (I use REAL not canned pumpkin.  Sometimes I use butternut or acorn squash - just as delicious and amazing!). Many happy Buns have ordered this pie and they all love it!

Trade value is $25-ish. Highly prefer items from my ISO for this trade.
