Icelandic Kleinur (cardamom donuts!)

Do you like fried donuts? Do you like cardamom? Do you like Iceland? These delicious, not-too-sweet donuts are intensely cardamom-flavoured. Can make in batches of 18. $20 value for 20, only looking to make these for high-ticket items on my ISO. (Note: I'm not Icelandic but I got this recipe from someone who is, and they taste pretty darned close to the actual ones I had in Iceland!) Please note that for my baked goods posts, I won't respond to "anything of mine" messages as baking takes a lot of work and only interested in doing that for items I really need.
