Delicious Apple Pie with apple-brandy infused crust

Four and Twenty Blackbirds?!

This intensely flavoured apple pie even has apple brandy in the crust! It also is made with 7 different kinds of apples, and includes other ingredients like apple cider, apple jelly, and a delicious spice called Grains of Paradise, as well as cinnamon. Will only make this for high-ticket items on my ISO.

NOTE: If you want the pie to have the ceramic pie bird in the middle, I will ask for a $12 deposit that I will refund once you return the pie bird to me :) Otherwise I can make slits in the top of the apple pie in lieu of the pie bird, to allow it to steam and/or put little cookie cutter shaped holes in the pie crust for steam. Please note that for my baked goods posts, I won't respond to "anything of mine" messages as baking takes a lot of work and only interested in doing that for items I really need.
