Trading & Communication

It's been a long time since something like this happened - almost felt like I was in "vintage bunz world" with it lol - but I think it's worth making a post to gently remind us all about being communicative and transparent. I had a trade scheduled for 3:30PM. I spoke with the Bun a few days ago, confirmed with them the morning of, and spoke to them a couple of times prior to our meeting (like 3:20PM or so) as well. At 3:29PM they messaged me to let me know that, by the way, they couldn't find the item I wanted but brought something else I expressed interest in a few weeks ago & is that okay? This was not something I wanted/needed any longer though, and I waited a few more minutes for the Bun to arrive to let them know that. The trade didn't happen, and my time was wasted.

My friends, please share information with each other and at a reasonable time. If you're unable to trade any longer, late at showing up, if you no longer have/can find the item, or the item has flaws that aren't visible in pictures. All of these are important things to share prior to trading and certainly not minutes before a trade. If I had known that the Bun no longer had the item I wanted I would have cancelled instead of going to our meeting place and waiting for something that wasn't going to pan out.

I know the app sucks and I get that many of us (myself included!) are stressed. But if we could at least try and make the few trades we're getting happy experiences to have, it would really help out. :)
