This was my summer staple! There's a bit of fraying at the bottom hem, you can see it at the bottom right of the photo, but it's still amazing. Worn and loved, but in good condition, size XS.

Hi! I knit and crochet and would like to offer that up for trading! Handmade by me, I can make the following items: headbands/earwarmers in a variety of styles, knit or crochet hats,  dishcloths/facecloths, baby mittens, reusable cotton pads, and even more complex things like bra tops. I can also make scrunchies and bandanas/kerchiefs, which are super trendy currently. Scroll through for examples of things I've made in the past to see the styles!

If interested, please message me and we'll discuss what style you'd like and what yarn colours I still have available. Please be cognizant that I work full-time and larger orders are harder for me to do - for example, 3 headbands, 4 hats, 10 dishcloths, etc. This will take a lot of time and be considered a higher value trade.

Trade Values for Items: 
(Please keep in mind that I am factoring the cost of the yarn, the craft itself, and my time. I've been told by some super crafter buns that I was not valuing my work fairly for myself either!)

Reusable cotton pads/random embellishments: $5 for four.
Scrunchies/hairties: $5 each
Dishcloths: $10
Headbands, kerchiefs, or baby items: $20
Slouchy Hats/Beanies: $40
Bra top: $50+ depending on size and length. I am only making this if you are able to provide me with accurate measurements, not half guesses and vague "I guess a medium" - these knit versions take a lot of time and effort with the shaping and overall construction.
Other items: Please message me - this is entirely dependent on my ability/time. I could probably crank out a crochet scarf or cowl though as well for a $40-50 value, but knit scarves and tops/sweaters are out - I don't have enough time as I work and these patterns are more complex. :(

Always open to checking out profiles so I enjoy the "anything of mine" messages, but do check out my ISO list as I will likely be interested in trading for something on there for my handmade stuff.

Reposting because it's been a long while and I'd love to see who the local East End Buns currently are! Not sure how the repost function works with this & how visible it will stay but here goes... EDIT: Visibility is super low with it LOL, so I'll be reposting it for a bit to gather up more recent likes from local Buns. 

Since I'm not using the TTC anymore, I'd love to find some neighbourhood trades I can walk to after work, weekends, or when I'm on my summer break. Please ❤like❤ this post if you live in East York, Leslieville/Riverside, the Beaches, Victoria Village, etc. Basically Broadview to Victoria Park and Queen St. East to O'Connor or St. Clair if you think of it as a tidy rectangle. Woodbine & Danforth is most ideal as that's where I live! I would love to have more local trades I can easily get to on a more regular basis, so where y'all at?

Hopefully we can find some fun trades amongst each other. 💖

Can I just take a moment to share and recommend a Bunz maker? I met John @malleablejewellers a year or so ago when I used up a bunch of my BTZ for a really rad pair of earrings. Recently, I was looking for someone to create wedding bands for me and was having a hell of a time trying to find the right style/not turning to Etsy where I worried about sizing and shipping, and then during a mindless Bunz scroll on my following list I saw more of John's gorgeous rings.

I ended up messaging and going to him for what was the BEST experience ever. John was so friendly and fun to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable about gold/stones/everything you ever wanted to know about jewelry. I ended up not only leaving there with this beautiful custom set of bands, but he also resized and cleaned my SO's grandmother's engagement ring for me. The outcome for that was beyond stunning (I seriously did not think it would look like that!) 
I also left with another pair of earrings lol, seriously. His work is that good. 

If any of y'all have BTZ or are looking for amazing Bunz makers to connect with, John is it. If I had unlimited BTZ at my disposal I would not even think twice about going back to John. This patient, kind, and talented Bun rocks! I would've NEVER ended up with such amazing rings had I not met and traded with him through Bunz in the first place, so grateful for this!

Big Bunz Shoutout 💖

Good morning Bunnies! Noticed a lot of negative posts recently - from complaning about complaints complaining about complaints (complainception anyone?) to the surveys to btz payoffs to the wording of some posts on here. Just wanted to make a positive post in the hopes that we all remember why we enjoy and use Bunz! I mean, it's spring time now! The horrible snow and cold are over and things are getting better! Personally, I am excited to walk to my closest station for trades again and pet all the neighbourhood cats along the way. it's one of my favourite things about Bunz, along with passing my things along to new homes, getting other things I enjoy, and talking to all the rad buns along the way!

Perhaps it's the teacher in me, but I wanted to leave y'all with some "homework" and a perk to pass along the cheer: Tell me something positive that's happened to you recently on bunz. It can be a wicked awesome trade, an act of kindness, something that cheers you up before/during/after trading, or even a story of how you made a friend on here. Post a picture of it too if you want. I will be picking someone at random and giving them 200BTZ - sort of a pass it forward gesture.
