ISO: a stick of 256MB PC100 RAM

Yeah I know this is ancient technology from the dawn of time. But hopefully one of you has some kicking around.

(If you must know, I'm trying to upgrade a beautiful vintage IBM ThinkPad laptop from 384MB to 512, haha. )

The RAM pictured is the kind I'm looking for (it's the 256 MB stick already in the laptop).
