Bike Tune Up?

Anyone here able to do a basic bike tune up/assessment? I bought this road bike for next to nothing just to have something to noodle around on that won’t get stolen but I don’t know much about bike maintenance and don’t want to mess around and make anything worse! Does anyone have the skills/tools to check it out and maybe do a basic tune up/tell me what needs fixing?

NYT!!!! I have beers, unopened soylent (if that’s your thing!) in many flavours, tons of red bull, high quality candles, vintage clothing, etc!
