Set rental rooms / meeting rooms

I can rent spaces on trades for movie / TV / filming purposes. Rooms include: boardroom with windows, boardroom with out windows, meeting area, office, cubicles area, lunch room x 3. Chairs included for your use or we can remove furniture. All at 500 Carlingview drive. Note. The first 3 photos ARE UPSTAIRS. I can show you the spaces by appointment during 830 to 430pm monday to friday by appointment. No trade needed to scout. Rental on trades means NO money no cash no etransfer. This means you give me items or provide services for the use of the rooms. For example I would like to find a used but fully functional canoe. I am looking for a portible office trailer like the ones at building sites for work to use at different events as a marshalling yard check in spot. I am looking for a small vintage trailer for glamping. I have gotten hotel credits on bunz before, why not a flight pass. Open to ideas. Maybe you have a product your promoting and have extra or display model to share. The rate is a little negotiable depending how many rooms you need. I have access to several areas within the warehouse as well. Rate for 4 hour use is $450 IN trades for 1 to 3 rooms, could go up to 2500 for multiple areas being used or overnights / full 14 hour day booking... Sound maybe an issue for some rooms but for the right trade this could be done after 5pm, overnight if needed. It really depends on the project your trying to do. My time is not free , so check my iso lists and give me an offer worth the efforts :) if it needs to be done overnight I will stay the duration. I have rented out several areas on other occasions for filming and the people were happy with the location. clean, spacious, lots of props on site you can use too if communication is good. No I will not rent it out for: parties, social gatherings, sports recreational activities, religious groups. No you cannot live there. You CAN have a meeting here on trades, but we keep it clean, no food outside of the lunch rooms. you might use the boardroom for a meeting but have coffee / craft services in the lunch room. Fun story. From about 15 years ago. Before bunz but totally on trade. My parents lent out the kitchen in our family home to a celebrity chef to film a commercial for a local farm food company. It took all day! I remember getting home from school and playing video games with the chef between sets. I remember a 48 foot trailer with sweet set up for food for the whole crew. The trade was my parents got to go to Bahamas for a week "as crew" for his next film shoot. Their still friends with him to this day! Good trade id say! Yes we have space to park your craft service trailer here too.
