Can someone please let me know if it's normal to have a chat started for a particular item, but there's no actual message there? Is this a glitch? Is this how people show they're interested now?

Size medium jeans from Forever 21. Have nice ends to them (a distressed feel almost or raw hem). Comfortable and pretty stretchy. Great for the spring/autumn I find.

Size XXS, but stretchy/elastic. Shirt is brand new with tag (BNWT), never used.
