Hi everyone, I'm looking for ONE roommate to join me September 1st! One person only, no families.

CityPlace, great area downtown. We're right on top of the Gardiner, with a fantastic view on the balcony. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit, great living space. Dishwasher/Laundry machines are all present. 20 min walk to union, 2 min walk to TTC, 10 min walk to Liberty Village.
Decent sized bedroom (not furnished), good space for kitchen and living room area. There is a parking space available, I won't be using it. Building is great. Fantastic gym inside on the 1st floor. Great terrace area on the 8th floor. Building has 24/7 security. Rentable party rooms in the building.

I'm a 25 year old professional downtown. I work in the financial district 9-5 Mon-Fri. I do occasionally work from home. I'm looking for a genuine roommate who will be honest and forthcoming with me. Tenant's gender is not important. I do have a cat, so being cat friendly is a plus. She's timid, but adorable and will get used to you in no time. If you're allergic to cats, there's no point in inquiring.
