Hi! Over the next week I’m offering reiki sessions remotely in exchange for a donation of at least $20 to any anti-racism organization of your choice. 

Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique that encourages your body’s natural healing process through the transfer of energy. This energy works on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels, helping to bring you back to your natural state of peace and wellbeing. It can help with:
- Stress and anxiety
- Insomnia
- Your quarter-life crisis
- Emotional wounds like a nasty breakup
- Physical injuries or chronic pain
- Raising the vibrational frequency of your body
- Spiritual growth and connecting with your intuition
- Improving overall happiness, balance and ease

Each session includes:
- An initial discussion on how you're feeling and what you'd like to address
- Guided meditation to help calm the mind and body
- Reiki treatment

All you'll need is somewhere comfortable to lay down, a blanket, pillow, and a video conferencing app like Zoom, Facetime, or Facebook Messenger. Optional: eye mask, candles, and incense to elevate your experience.
