Reiki is an ancient Japanese hands on energy healing therapy. It works to balance the body’s energy centres, bringing you into harmony.

Treatments are designed to reduce stress, create relaxation and aid in healing. 

Each session starts with a conversation to determine what blockages you wish to clear. 

The experience is then tailored to meet your specific needs. 

Healing session include a mixture of modalities including reiki, meditation, breath work, mantra and guided meditation.

You will be taken through guided meditation, journaling practice, energy cleansing, manifestation and intention setting. You are invited to share stories, insights and reflections. Each gathering is themed around current astral insights.
