We are a vegan family of 4 and I am the chef of the house! As a stay at home mom of 2 littles I still manage to thoroughly enjoy cooking healthy, nutrient dense dishes packed with flavour. 

If you are interested in eating more plant based foods but aren’t sure where to start, I’d love to help! 

Looking to start simple with this. I get asked all the time for recipes and grocery lists by friends, and great feedback on my dishes. So I thought I’d try to help make plant-based eating more accessible for those I don’t even know! 

I can make you a grocery list for the week, offer great kid-friendly vegan dishes, or vegan takes on traditional dishes i.e. lasagna, butter chicken, Mac & Cheese, Pot pie, stew, soups, cashew cheese, tuna salad, to name a few. As well as many dishes that are great for packing lunches on the go. 

I can also help with pantry essentials and helpful pointers for those newly navigating the vegan world. With a skill for veganizing favourite traditionally non-vegan dishes!
