You can take one or both. Taking a multivitamin that negates the need. The B-12 is 1500 mcg, so you really only need to take it a 2-3 times a week (36 remaining). The iron is 25 mg, so it's much too strong for anyone who isn't menstruating or anaemic, but perfect for those who are (20 remaining). I wouldn't recommend either of these to non-vegans because of the strength 💚

Fit 6-8. More brocade/damask/arabesque-looking than paisley, but nobody's gonna search for that. Colour has started to wear at the knees, in stripes behind the knees and in faint stripes by the ankles coz they bunch up on me. Couple of snags near one pocket, as well as the beginnings of some crotch wear. All imperfections pictured.

As with all non-nano zinc sunblock, it goes on pretty thick and will lighten your skin. I usually combat this by blotting after applying, then waiting a couple minutes, blotting again, and putting on tinted powder. Usually makes you look human again.
