We are looking for two new amazing roommates to share our spacious house in the Pape and Danforth Area. Most have long term employment, LL references and be willing to submit to a credit check and the LL’s request. This will be for a 6 month sublet and NOT an assignment. 

We have on site laundry, dishwasher, backyard, large kitchen, large living space, central air con and heating. Close to subway, GoodLife fitness, supermarket and other shops-  and it’s all on the quietest street in the world.

725 is upstairs room with skylight and shared bathroom and shower.  (Unfurnished) also for July 1st
