Room for Rent in a newly renovated 2 bedroom bungalow house with yard, half a block from Wychwood Barns. From July 1 (or June 15) to September 1 or October 1. $950 plus expenses (around $100-$125/month incl. internet - high because it's an entire property). 
This is a really great house, especially in the summer. The old Italian neighbours will feed you the vegetables they grow, and your roommate will be James - mid-thirties, really nice, introverted, just moved back from Salt Spring Island, plus a friendly cat.
It's a very quiet house, because its self-contained, on a quiet street. There is also a finished basement with room for storage, additional room for spending time. As pictures show, we are still setting it up after redoing the floors. 
Accessibility: There are five stairs leading up to the front door. Additional stairs to basement where laundry is located - also a laundromat nearby.
