Well used - New Housing / Cables required.
Front Caliper required to use disc brakes. Rear Caliper set up just needs Rear wheel installed and hooked up. 

This thing will cruise and cruise and cruise with the proper wheelset even without and the shifters are mind bogglingly good.  Frame has some wear but it works and it hasn't been getting worse.  I can let you test ride it if you need to test it.  This bike is about 2400 brand new - 25% would mean 600 trade value as is?
