Someone please rescue my (Hope/Selloum??) Philodendron!

Looking to trade - I love this big guy but I just can’t make it happy and it’s still in good enough shape to be saved- pickup in Parkdale, would love a plant of similar size/ maturity that will do well in a fairly bright basement (dry heat, east facing windows) OR two small different guys, nice pot(s), macramé hanger(s), plant stand, I’m open!
