Small Glass (Crystal?) Vase For Succulent Planter?

Very heavy glass vase, unique curves and angles. Could be a great succulent planter. While I'm not sure, it looks like it could be crystal, it reflects like with some rainbows in it. But then it could also just be glass too. Beer can for size.
