Plant With Thick Leaves

Doesn't come with pot or soil. I've been keeping it in this green glass container for over a year and there's no soil or anything i just pour a bunch of water and it looks fine. The roots have grown out and they're very long so if you wanted to plant it in soil that would work too. Looking to trade this for another plant (preferably that grows with vines)
