Trying To Put Myself Out There And Pay It Forward

Hi all,

I have had one hell of a year and I have found myself so blessed by the resources and people I learned from. I had a lot happen to me but I decided that I want to be joyful over miserable. I found that this takes workkkk. I am in the process of learning so much and having a blast but also have anxiety that keeps me from putting myself out there. I realized that the only way to be brave is to practice being brave!! I also want to be someone who lives a life of service and I want to repay all the help that was given to me by paying it forward.

I am by NO means a professional in any of the listed but I am in the process of learning or absolutely love to engage in conversation about..I would love to open myself up to anyone who simply wants to talk in a safe space to learn together! Think about it like talking to a friend about something they learned over a lesson from a teacher:)

• I am in yoga teacher training and can practice what I’m learning with you:)
• I take weekly Ayurveda classes and can share what I learn
• books! I am obsessed with self help books
• I am in sleep therapy and would be happy to share what I’m learning.
• I got cbt therapy and can share resources I got.
• I cook and bake vegan food and can help out anyone who has any questions
• meditation
• journaling
• I’m pretty sick of feeling scared if you want to talk about that shitty feeling lol
• if you need someone to talk to, I can listen.

I felt inspired to do this through bunz because it can be such a beautiful community and I’ve had so many wonderful experiences! I don’t expect anything but maybe I will inspire you to pay it forward in some way but the absolute best gift would be a donation to a charity and screenshot! I want to collect the pictures and show what paying it forward can look like!

This would be one on one over zoom for 30m from 7:30-8am on a day that suits us both.
