Tree Tanglefoot (insect Barrier)

Having problems with aphids, etc investing your trees?

Well the problem is those darn 🐜 protect aphids from their natural predators (birds, spiders, other bugs, etc). Very interesting as I seriously once witnessed an ant throw a bug off of the tree. It was quite intriguing!

Anyhow, googled and tried a few things, and tangle foot is what worked best for me.

I didn’t buy their other product that you use to wrap around the tree which you spread the product on. Instead I used a good quality duct tape and put the sticky side on the outside and wrapped on layer and overlapped so that it stuck to itself. What is important is there is no gap where the ants can crawl under to get to the other side of the tape.

After the tape is on, you just sparingly spread the tangle foot and you’re good for almost forever!

So I am willing to trade some to anyone who needs so you don’t have to purchase a century supply of tanglefoot as honestly I think this is how long it will last me! Lol

Would love to trade for other plant cuttings, propagations, chicks and hens etc
