Sourdough Starter

I realize these are not as hard to come by as they once were, but the time is upon me to feel physically ok with turning the oven on again 🍂🍁🍂 so if you would like to try your hand at sourdough baking without the cumbersome starter-starter process, I can help! I've been feeding this starter for many years and have more than once brought it to the brink of death yet it still grows strong. A true champ.

I have not been baking much bread lately (pandemic and just...life-busy) but I loooove sourdough as a base for pancakes, zaatars and other flatbreads, and (I'm a pretty loosey-goosey baker hahah) will often toss some in muffins or whatever other loaf-type things I might be making.
