Sourdough Starter (Annex)

Want to try your hand at baking? I have a mature starter, 1 month old, fed daily #quarantineproject. I feed it 50/50 organic whole wheat flour and all purpose flour at 100% hydration. I will trade in a Ziploc bag and include the recipe I've been following.

Available for pick up (porch trade) on Bathurst, north of Bloor.

Looking to trade for either a can of tomatoes, eggs, a stick of butter, potatoes, a head of broccoli, green onions, a head of garlic, lemons, oranges, bananas, snacks, instant coffee, a bottle of Perrier, or a handful of whole coffee beans in a Ziploc bag (enough to make 2-3 cups), also accepting btz.

Can come fresh (day-of) to start using right away or frozen.
