Hey BUNZ, my roommate Aubrey and I are looking for a third roommate starting January. Rent is 1133/mo, internet included in there. It's in the heart of #littleitaly at College and Grace street. 8 min walk to Christie station, and the 24hr college streetcar is right a few steps away. We've got a laundry and dryer as well.

Looking for a roommate who's cool, easy going and doesn't mind the occasional hang session on our sweet sweet patio/deck.
