Room For Rent/Sublet In 2 Bedroom Apt, College And Bathurst

Looking for a short or long term roommate in my 2 bedroom apartment located by College and Bathurst. Bedroom is fully furnished but still open to a longer term roommate who wants to bring their own furniture. $950 all inclusive (heat, gas stove, water, internet). 5 minutes walk to both College and Bathurst streetcars, 10 minutes to Bathurst Station. Super close to Kensington Market and Chinatown. Access to a huge and mostly private (shared with landlord downstairs but he never uses it) backyard with two picnic tables, fountains, lawn chairs, etc! Hoping to get a BBQ this summer as well. Additionally, I've got the living room set up with a TV, Playstation and Netflix that you're free to use.

About me: Early 20s and working full time in a late night bar/restaurant, so I'm not home all that much. Pretty clean and quiet, occasionally I'll have buds over (which you're welcome to as well!). I smoke sometimes but always outside. Really easygoing and looking for the same.
