Hi there, I am moving to New York for work and am looking to fill my room in a first floor 2 bedroom arts and crafts style triplex. The apartment itself is very spacious. I have happily been living there for the past 5 years and am sorry to leave it. My roommate is an interior designer and culinary enthusiast we are lucky enough to have very beautiful furniture and every kitchen gadget imaginable. Our kitchen opens up into the backyard which features a covered deck area, wood firing pizza oven, bbq, and a bountiful garden. Your window and the backyard overlook a local family park, large trees provide privacy, but it's a really great vantage point from which to see neighbourhood activity. The room has a large closet. We are 5 minutes from high park subway station and 5 minutes away from the 27 dupont bus. High park is 8 min walk. There are ample bike lanes in the area leading downtown. The laundry is free and located in the basement. Wifi included. We pay utilities (30$ a month or so)
