Pickled Dandelion Buds

Dandelions, foraged in my backyard, pickled with white onions and garlic, and a brine of water, salt, apple cider + white vinegar.

1 500ml jar available.

Mason jars are reused from previous foods or pickles. One jar ring has slight outer rusting from being in the dishwasher. Heat-sealed from boiling brine and stored in the refrigerator.

Located at North York Centre Station, but occasionally travel the subway line to make trades on Bunz runs.

Don't do btz, but will pretty much always trade for good coffee beans or vegan food.
