ISO Sourdough Loaf

Name your trade for a sourdough loaf that you’ve produced in your kitchen. I can’t make sourdough bread because a) I don’t know how, b) I’d need to finance a creuset Dutch oven, and c) my oven, sensitive fire alarm, nor my ptsd from a Pyrex shattering at high temps can handle another 450+ F temp.
