ISO! someone with tech skillz to convert my apple tunes library

Like a dolt I burned my old CD collection in iTunes and now it's kind useless outside the Apple universe. I'd love to convert my entire library into the best quality, non-proprietary, non-DRM format possible (maybe that's mp3, maybe it's something better?), but I don't have the skills, fast computer, or really the time to do this.

I've got it backed up a few ways so I could just hand over a hard drive and hopefully you could hand it back when you're done.
