ISO - Research Request - Farms of Innisfil : challenges, chores and changes" - Do you own this book?

I am doing some family tree/genealogy research and think some of my family may be listed in this book. If you own this book, I don't necessarily want to trade for it but would love if you could look at it and let me know if my family names are mentioned in it. In exchange I could mail you something (I sew a bit, and make handmade cards) or could do some reciprocal genealogy research in Toronto (visit a cemetery and take grave photos, etc) or we could arrange another trade-off.

I know I can access these books via the Toronto Reference Library or UofT libraries but because of Covid-19 I am unable to right now and want to limit the number of books I need to reference once I am able to, so trying different methods of finding these. I could also buy them but I don't want to buy something new if it doesn't actually have my family in it.
