Looking for some help after quarantine and self isolation has taken its toll. Not necessarily overweight but would like to return to the general level of fitness i was in previously, but as an aging millennial, I find my body is foreign. I require expertise in fitness of 30-something year olds that are confused about this horror show that is entering middle agehood. Will bake desserts using custom ingredients, can bake vegan, vegetarian, medicated, protein/workout based dishes, or any combination.
