ISO Donations for Newcomers

The church at 823 Manning Avenue, close to Christie and Bloor, is in need of donations for newcomer Ukrainian women and their children as they settle in Toronto. You can drop items off Wednesdays and Saturdays, 12-3. In particular, there is high demand for the following items:

-feminine hygiene products -toiletries -diapers -school supplies (backpacks) -fall and winter clothes (not summer) for women and children -household items (especially vacuum cleaners, hair dryers, kettles, irons/ironing boards, dishes and pots/pans) -furniture -gift cards to purchase the items above -shelving for the donation centre to store/display items
