Healthy Seed And nutbread

Description

I make this for myself occasionally and could whip up an extra loaf or two.

No flour, with oatmeal, assorted nuts, seeds and assorted dried fruits, dates, apricots, cranberries etc. Loaves may vary in composition.

I slice it up and freeze it , take slices out and pop into the toasted oven and it tastes just like freshly baked.
