Bunz Tips #1 - Location, location, location!

Have you set up a location to trade at? If someone is meeting you at your home, let them know if it's a house. Are there multiple units? Are you in a side unit with a separate doorbell not obvious to others?

If it's an apartment, how can you be reached (i.e. buzzer number)? If it's a condo, is there a visitor's parking spot?

Be proactive and communicate these details as soon as you've established a time and place to meet.

Imagine you are giving instructions to a delivery person!

If meeting in a public place, choose a specific spot to convene at. "Waterloo Square" is vague but "on the bench, inside the mall at the doors by Shopper's Drug Mart at Waterloo Square" will mean you won't miss one another!
