This is a beautiful Cookbook and storybook about various regions of China. Hardcover, 376 pages, gorgeous photographs. We never did use it so can't say what the recipes are like.
Just discovered a small water stain near the spine at the top of the book (see last pic). It won't take away from your enjoyment or kitchen creations, but you wouldn't want to gift this.
