This butter from Sterling creamery is a new range with a higher butter fat content - similar to the European style, which means less water and more flavour! Two are organic and salted and one is farmhouse (made from whey cream - very creamy!) These butters are amazing on toast but also on roasted veg and meats - the farmhouse one is incredible on turkey!
