Antique Edwardian Gold REGARD Locket

Regard jewellery was especially popular during the Victorian and Edwardian era and was often given to loved ones. I have an Edwardian era Regard locket made in the in the early 1900s. This Regard locket has the most beautiful design on both sides: on the front is, of course, the word “Regard” bordered by flowers and on the other side is a lovely shield design surrounded by very fine engraving. I bought this from an antique jeweller for and I would love for this to go to someone who will cherish it. Inside the locket is a photo of a man who I assume was the husband of the original locket owner. It's a little bit spooky, so beware!
