139 Air Miles Dream Miles

I've been collecting Air Miles for 5 years and assumed I'd be able to get SOMETHING for them at this point? but there's literally nothing I can do with the amount of dream miles I have, so looking to get two tallcans or like $6 worth of grocery items for them? tea? cat food? kitty litter? not picky, just want to cash these badboys in for literally something. maybe you're closer to being able to get something than me? lmk <3
