One month sublet for a bright room in our spacious three bedroom Danforth apartment! Preference will be given to femme/non binary or trans folx as this is a lgbtq+ safe space.

Roommate sitch; You will be living with two queer (female & non-binary) roommates. We are both students working in the restaurant/entertainment industries which means our schedules are not your typical 9-5. We are quiet, clean and respectful of each other’s space. We both enjoy having friends over for a couple drinks but we don’t host parties or any big extravaganzas.

The Space; This apartment is above a restaurant (although you never hear any noise from below). There is one flight of stairs to access the first floor of the apartment. The first floor has the one shared bathroom as well as the kitchen, large living room and one of our rooms. There is another flight of stairs to access the second floor which is where your room and the second roommates room is located.

Unfurnished but we can include a mattress and a dresser if needed.

Rent is 690 which includes all utilities (WiFi, hydro, etc)
