Additional Information: The house is in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is furnished except the room which is unfurnished. There is a free parking spot available, a spacious balcony in the house, Shoppers drug mart, Walmart, Timms is a few minutes away.

About me: I am in my late 20’s and I work in furniture design industry. I enjoy being active with friends on the weekends, I try to exercise twice a week, I try to cook often, love interior decor and learning about different cultures and people.

Relationship to the unit: House signed under my name and I’m looking for a roommate.

Lease Term: The lease is a minimum of one year.

Looking for someone without a pet as I am seriously allergic to cats. Someone respectful and understanding/considerate of the fact that we share same space, likes to hangout after work, who is social, tidy and knows the importance of cleaning up after yourself. My ideal roommate will be someone around my age bracket who I can relate with and who wouldn’t make the common space we share feel uncomfortable.
