I'm Ryan, a gay 36 year old, living with my female cousin in a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Cabbagetown house. We're looking for a friendly roommate for our bright east-facing extra bedroom! We're ok with short term / month-to-month.

The house comes equipt with all major appliances, including dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, a 42" TV with Chromecast, a fireplace, dining room, backyard, and plenty of space. The house has a walk score of 96% and a transit score of 99%, with lots of bike lanes nearby.

Rent is $1,350, with all furnishings and utilities included (incl. wifi). Your bedroom has a bed with Endy mattress and two closets and overlooks our backyard.

You would share the upstairs main bathroom with us, but we also have two other bathrooms downstairs. We're friendly, social and active - we each have our own lives but sometimes hang out to watch Netflix, have some wine, or play board games. We're hoping to live with someone similar!
