Fresh Pies

Happy to make any kind of seasonal pie with 48 hours notice. Photographed is a traditional Canadian tart au sucre for winter. Other winter pies are tart au citron, chocolate cream, cranberry meringue, honey pecan, pear gruyere, and ginger bread mousse.
