BNWT Drop Waist Halter Dress - L (more like M)

Brand new, never worn. Bought this cause I saw a girl on So You Think You Can Dance wear it and it looked A-maxing on her. I find it a little short on me at 5’5”. But I love it so much. Looks so breezy and cute. Ties behind the neck. You know, it’s possible this is supposed to be a VERY loose long shirt? I dunno, anyway I had intentions of it as a short swingy dress 💃
