BNWT Anthropologie Dress

I absolutely love this dress, it’s off the shoulder and has ties on the sleeves. I’m 5’3” and it hits me around my knees in length. I bought this last summer and it’s been sitting in my closet ever since as its too big for me. (Online shopping fail 😔) Only ever been tried on, still has the tags!
