.75 inch heel raise. Olympic shoes designed for enhanced knee travel and ankle stability. Excellent for squatting/overhead pressing. Of course the Olympic lifts and all supplementary lifts as well. Minor wear and tear shows on the body of the shoe itself but the soles are in spectacular shape. Comes with very stiff competition insoles. These have served me very well.
