Used Mi-band 6 by Xiaomi. Small fitness tracker/smart watch. Lightweight and economical. Has pretty great battery life, between 1-2 weeks before charging depending on use.
Comes with a USB charger and also a spare watch band.
Starts in Chinese but you can choose English after pairing with the phone app via Bluetooth.
