Litebook Light Therapy Kit

Husband bought me this during the uncomfortable time where I was desperate for anything that could potentially help through derpession.

Did it work? I can't tell how well it contributed amongst the myriads of things I tried. But it definitely made my (sunless) mornings more energetic. I'm happy and stable now, and have learned how to cope if it ever hits me again - possibly without this kit.

Definitely useful for spaces where the sun doesn't reach.
