Awesome children/kid's bed frame / 3 pieces of furniture. Has served us well for past 9 years. Cost $1500 originally. Solid wood. Still in fantastic shape. Not a real loft bed, but plenty of room since other pieces can be moved / used separately. We had another mattress underneath which my son slept on for years (like bunk beds!).

Mattress in photo is NOT included.

Asking Value of approx $275-$300, preferably in gift cards (groceries/gas/LCBO/travel?,etc) or perhaps Toronto Raptors related stuff. Or make an offer.

Dimensions: Total Length = 79-80 inches. Total Width (without desk extended) = 40 inches. Height = 47-50 inches.

Desk has 2 book shelves. Desk dimensions when pulled out: Length = variable to your liking; maximum 36 inches. Width = 24 inches. (photo 3-4)

Piece with 2 shelves and 1 drawer (photo 2): Length = 31.5 inches. Width = 16 inches. Height = 31 inches.

1 other piece (NOT in pictures) = fits at foot of bed = slides perfectly beside piece above = Piece with 3 shelves on one side and a rod for hanging clothes on other side (with sliding door to cover one side or other): Length = 36.5 inches. Width = 16 inches. Height = 31 inches. (Note: This piece is at back of my closet. Easy to get for you to view/inspect, but not easy for quick photo op. It is in excellent condition.)

Also comes with original:

• two wooden railings to protect from falling out of bed.
• wooden step ladder with 3 steps to get in/out of bed. (Will provide photo if unit is still unsold after 1 week, but they are at back of closet as well and in excellent condition).

Unit was easy to take apart/reassemble by my handy-man friend, but the instructions were lost long ago. Not from IKEA.

I will keep it assembled for you to see. Then you can take it apart on the spot and take home /OR/ I can take it apart for you to pick-up later.

Located in Toronto on Donlands Avenue, just north of Danforth, near Donlands Subway station. Convenient parking. Building has an elevator. Pick-up can be arranged anytime day or night.
