Queen Sofa Bed Couch

Queen sized sofa bed. Purchased from Sears. Super comfy as a couch or bed. Has an ottoman cushion which can be moved to any position. There are two corners my cat used to prove I should never leave him unattended when I go away and two are perfect. I tend to just put a throw over that corner and he’s never touched them since. You can even have the red throw blanket in the pics and red pillows if you like :)

Two matching throw cushions included. Non smoking, pest free, extremely clean home. I have two cats but it’s extremly clean. Cushion covers are removable and able to be tossed into washer/dryer. No stains on the couch.

Pick up only Yonge/Eg area.

Couch is 78” long, 36”deep and ottoman cushion section is 56” deep. Mattress uses queen sized sheets.

For this item I’m strictly looking for a GC for Structube or Visa GC of approx $300.00. I don’t need to get rid of this but I’d love to replace it with something smaller and I’ve spied what I like already. Sorry for being particular on this one.
